Bennington will match dollar-for-dollar up to 5% of your eligible compensation each pay period. In other words, if you contribute 5% of your wages for a pay period, Bennington will also contribute 5% (subject to certain IRS limits).

Godfrey Marine offers two weeks of fully paid parental leave for bonding with a new child—whether through birth, adoption, foster care, or surrogacy. Available to all full-time employees starting day one, because family matters.
