Hello, I'm Lori with Godfrey Pontoon Boats, and today I'm going to walk you through how to pair your cell phone with the JL Audio system on this XP 2500W. Press the master power button to power up the boat, and within seconds, your screens will turn on.

Press the BT (Bluetooth) button on the left side of the screen to access Bluetooth settings. Since this is the first time pairing, select the Bluetooth symbol on the right side of the screen. When a new window pops up, choose the first option: "Put JL in pairing mode."

Now, pick up your cell phone and open your Bluetooth settings. You may need to scroll down depending on how many devices you've previously connected. When you see “JLA MediaMaster,” select it. A Bluetooth pairing request will appear on your phone, along with a six-digit number. Confirm that the number matches the one on the boat’s screen, and if it does, tap “Pair” on your phone.

Once you've successfully paired your phone for the first time, reconnecting is easy. On your next outing, simply press the Bluetooth symbol on the right side of the screen. A new window will appear again, but this time select the second option: “Paired Devices.” You should see your phone listed and ready to connect.
